Recruitment criteria

The success of our company depends on our human resources, which is why our goal is to recruit the best professionals in the sector. To do so, we have created a transparent recruitment process adapted to suit our profiles. This process was produced by experts in both human resources and air traffic control.

CRITERIA OF MERIT AND ABILITY: before undertaking the recruitment process, the criteria to be considered for each vacancy will be clearly defined so as to obtain an entirely objective process.

Are you an ATCO with a Student Licence?

The process will comprise an Assessment Centre, which, in turn, consists of three stages, i.e.:

  • Group dynamic and individual case study.
  • Curricular evaluation, skills assessment and ATC knowledge evaluation.
  • Practical exercise in a simulator.

Do you have experience as a controller?

If you have air traffic control experience, you will have the chance to show us your skills during a series of personal interviews with experts in human resources and air traffic control professionals.
